Rates

Regular hourly rate:

I charge a rate of € 196,- excluding VAT per hour for advice and process guidance in divorces and consultations.

Fixed Fee:

Mediation

The costs are per person and are exclusive of VAT.

Additional costs are the court registry fee for the court proceedings (€ 165,50 per person, rate 2025) and costs of extracts (± € 20,- per person).

Second opinion mediation

You would like your own lawyer to look at the draft covenant drawn up by a mediator. I will study the draft covenant and discuss it with you. The cost of this is € 350, – excluding VAT.

Consultation to get a picture of possibilities and expected bottlenecks. The costs are € 350, – excluding VAT.

Child maintenance advice

Does child support still comply with current laws and regulations? A new marriage, family expansion, but also recent tax regulations may give rise to a different amount than previously agreed or determined. I will make a new calculation for you and discuss it with you. The costs are € 350,- excluding VAT.
